Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS for a flat rate of $5.00 per order. Orders usually leave our hands within 1–3 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after that. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

If a hat isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email team@repamerica.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in that case we cover it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving. Exchanges ship out as soon as the return is received.
