Biden appointed a top Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) Litigation Director to a LIFETIME seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

In this explosive Senate hearing clip, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) questions Nancy Abudu about her work at the SPLC, including a 2021 report that called Louisiana polling places “threatening spaces for Black voters,” labeled “racist white Southerners,” and described “hostile white voters and governmental officials.”

When pressed, Abudu says she helped draft and approved the report… but claims she’s “not familiar” with the language.

Kennedy also confronts her on calling voter ID laws “burdensome” and claiming they serve “no legitimate state interest.”
